Eight fold-out panels, seven with hand-colored skulls representing the seven deadly sins, versos with a biography of the artist by Hiemstra. Red card cover with gilt skull and scythe has some rubbing. Small amounts of the hand-coloring has rubbed off on to the opposite pages. Decorative slipcase is torn and very worn.
