This item includes a full title page with Philadelphia imprint and 'Printed by Richard Folwell' but no date, as well as a separate half-title for the Second Session. 223, [1], vii, [224]-352, iv, [20] pp. Two front blanks present, likely lacking a rear blank. Also probably lacking the general title page. All text, including the two separate indices and the cumulative one, are present. Hardcover, small 8vo., contemporary calf. Fair condition. Both boards detached, but present; small piece of the spine leather still present. Contents only lightly browned, not brittle, though some loss to the edges of the first few pages. Old pencil signature to front pastedown, possibly W. Mc. Halli Burton? A worn volume deserving of more research or a rebinding. Many items of note: plans for Washington's funeral, second session in DC instead of Philadelphia, etc.
