New York: D. Appleton and Company. Very Good with no dust jacket. 1904. First. Hardcover. Maroon cloth hardbacks have FO sticker to each front pastedown. Contain several black and white charts and graphs in both volumes and Index of Subjects and Index of Names in V. 2. Bindings are weak but holding with no breaks to end papers. Both endpapers and text lightly age-tanned. Covers are blindstamped with gilt to spine that is dulled but readable. Edges of cover and corners have light wear with occasional white marks to both front and back. Top edge lightly dulled gilt with fore and bottom edges rough cut. ; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall .
