About This Item
New York: The Studio Publications, 1944. Cloth. Very Good +/Very Good +. Nura. WARMLY INSCRIBED BY NURA (WITH AN APPLE DRAWN BY HER ABOVE THE INSCRIPTION) on the front free endpaper. A very sharp copy to boot of the 1944 1st edition. Solid and VG+ (very light offsetting at the inner hinges and to the bottom of the front pastedown and front free endpaper, small, warm inscription below the author's) in a crisp, price-intact ($2.50), VG+ dustjacket, with very light chipping at the spine ends and light wear along its edges. Wonderfully illustrated thoughout in rich color and black-and-white by Nura (Woodson Ulreich) herself.
