Illustrated with B&W illustrations and maps.. The volume is in excellent condition, tight, square and clean, with minor shelf-wear on edges and slight wear to front hinge, else as new. The price-clipped dust jacket is mildly chipped along the top edge and at the head of the spine. NEAR FINE/NEAR FINE.. B&W Maps and illustrations. 8vo 8" - 9" tall. (xxiii), 440, (12) pp .
