This book is basically clean, tight, square and internally unmarked, but there's an 1893, pencil, name on the front paste down. The corners are bumped and worn to rounding and the page edges are soiled/toned. It has 309, bright, clear pages illustrated with black & white wood engravings in a one-quarter binding with a recent brown leather on the spine with gilt band and gilt titles in a black box. The boards are the original blue paper with black titles & descriptions on the front and ads on the rear.
