Rare autographed document signed by members of the Albany & Schenectady Turnpike Company ordering treasurer Barent Bleeker to make payment for the stones needed to construct the turnpike. Signatories include George Ramsay, Roswell Marsh, and George Flower as well as Revolutionary War heroes Elisha Putnam and John Lansing Jr. Two pages on aged, folded paper with signed notation of receipt on verso. Measures 6 x 8 inches. New York, September 11, 1805 and September 23, 1805.<br/> <br/>
