Based on the success of the original edition, this is the expanded & enlarged SECOND EDITION from 1956; cannot tell the exact printing because the front matter (pages 1-4) is missing, including the copyright page. All internal pages & yellow page dividers are intact. This is the hardcover 5-ring- binder version & it is in solidly Good condition: downgraded due to 1) soiling inside both covers & on some random pages inside, 2) split & reglued where spine meets back cover. Else, generally very clean, modest edgewear & rubbing to lower corners & heel of spine, with slight paper loss to latter. NO writing/highlighting/ underlining; not ex-lib. Both page guards are present, as are all the dividers, which show darkening to tabs, but no rips or tears.
