Boston: Little, Brown and Company, 1864. Hardcover. Very Good. Octavo. 2 volumes. Pp. xii, 608; 600. Original rust-coloured pebbled cloth with frame in blind, gilt spine lettering, floral endpapers. Covers lightly rubbed, scuffed, and soiled, corners bruised, spine darkened with spine ends starting. Light, unobtrusive damp-staining along extreme top margins within text of vol. 1, and light, unobtrusive damp-staining along extreme top and bottom margins of vol. 2. Two small, neat margin notes in vol. 1 relating to the name of Nathaniel Coffin. Otherwise, very good, relatively clean, 2 volume set.
