A complete run in 5 issues (Volumes 1, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4) of the short-lived graffiti and street art journal, under the editorial direction of Craig Dershowitz, covering a variety of topics including music, fashion, cars, skating, toys, and graffiti art, including tips for graffiti "bombing", paint reviews, and artist interviews. Illustrated profusely throughout primarily from photographs, with some drawings and comics scattered throughout. Square 8vo., Volume 3.5 a miniature issue. Original illustrated perfect-bound wrpps., Volume 3.5 stapled self-wrpps. Very slight wear. New York, 2007-2008. A scarce complete set of a well-done but relatively unknown magazine on street art and graffiti, founded by Taylor Levin, Scott Brown, and Daniel Lara. The introduction to the first issue lays out the mission statement of the magazine: "BOMBIN' is more than just a magazine - it's a lifestyle; delivering you that realness, guaranteed always original, and never to be watered down. While discussing the making of this mag, we here at BOMBIN' agreed on one thing and one thing only - we wanted to fill a void. With the first issue now completed we've accomplished that goal: a graffiti magazine that actually has graffiti in it, not one page tucked in the back behind meaningless articles and hundreds of ads. So crack this open like a Philly Blunt and get a dose of the best, most up to date graff in the city. For those of you that are in it, thanks for the destruction. For those who aren't, step your game up!" As of July 2019, WorldCat locates only a single holding in a North American institution.
