A book put out by the makers of an early baby formula maker -- Mellin's food was something that could be added to cow's milk. Interestingly, the book starts out with the assertion that breast milk is the best thing to feed a baby, but that it is not always possible. Illustrated with charming black and white photos of babies and small children, and decorated with red spot illustrations.
