A rare autobiographical account by a Russian prisoner of war in Germany after 1918, absorbingly and emotionally told, with detailed sketches of his fellow prisoners. We were unable to find any information on the author, who may have used a pseudonym. Published by a Russian exile publishing house in Riga, Latvia. With an attractive cover illustration signed G. D.
