Book in VERY GOOD condition Red blind embossed front, and (fading) gold type to spine, appendices (sample forms & regulations), and index. Drawing on his experiences as a Committee member of one of London's leading clubs, the author expounds the duties and processes of those entrusted with the management of clubs. Many club appointment rise, through merit, "from the lowest rung of the ladder of Club service" to management of different departments without adequate comprehension of these duties and processes. This book should prove useful to those on governing bodies of their clubs, to recently-appointed principal officers, middle managemenr personnel, and club members who take an iterest in club management.
