Contains almost 400 black and white illustrations showing 345 buildings located on 15 maps, five Appendices, Bibliography and Index. Guilt to front cover and spine. No wear but there is a small bump at spine top. Unclipped DJ has three inch tear at spine closed with tape on inside and has light wear to edges. Slipcase is worn and torn held together by tape. Digital photos available. ; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall; 574 pages .
