The contents are bound with a blue plastic binder into cream textured paper covered boards with a vignette in blue on the front board. The binding is bumped & soiled with the paper chipped at the corners. The boards are slightly bowed. x, [1] leaf & 75 pages plus colophon. Illustrated in color and black & white with full-page illustrations and plates, including folding plates [maps & plans]. Also, folded in a pocket at the rear, there is a splendid Comprehensive City Plan of Saint Louis, Missouri, 32 inches high by 60 inches wide, in shades of orange, yellow and brown. There are 3 short tears to this plan at the folds. The corners & front edges of a number of pages are lightly bumped. From the library of the New York Regional Plan Association with a small label on the front board, a bookplate on the front pastedown, 2 library stamps on the front endpaper & 2 in the rear and a library pocket on the rear pastedown. A label has been removed from the rear pastedown, leaving some paper remnants & rubbing away part of the surface. Good.
