Condition of the book is FAIR: very heavy wear to covers, corners heavily worn, spine detached on front hinge- spine complete, front cover and ffep detached, edges of text block faded, light foxing to pages, some dog eared pages, last page folded, text complete. Sticker on inside of front cover from Berard & Mondon NY, inscriptions in ink and pencil on first few pages.
