Theatre Program from the autumn 2006 Kirov/Marinsky Ballet's production of Pyotr Gusev's 1955 greatly revised version of the original Marius Petipa choreography of Le Corsaire, performed at the St. Petersburg Mussorgsky State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre (The "Maly" Theatre). In decorative covers (see accompanying scan images), there is a 4-page program, giving production details (see scan), a brief historical sketch of the ballet, and libretto synopses of each act. A laid-in sheet gives the cast for the October 22, 2006 performance. CONDITION: a bright, unmarked copy with negligible shelf-wear, compromised only by having been folded twice (horizontally and vertically).
