Includes a T.L.s loosely inserted, from the Chancellor of Kanazawa Institute of Technology to Professor Stillman Drake who wrote the Foreword, presenting Drake with this copy of the book and offering his sincere gratitude. Also loosely inserted is a small, rectangular, cardboard printed in Japanese (errata perhaps?). Written in both English and Japanese, and richly illustrated primarily in black & white (with frontispiece in colour). Fine copy.
