London: The Crime Club By Collins. Very Good in Very Good- dust jacket. 1945. Reprint - 1st Thus. Hardcover. In the original Publisher's blue cloth, with dulled gilt titling to the spine. Cloth is clean and bright. Head/tail of the spine slightly 'pushed' due to storage but NO damage. In the original pictorial dust-jacket. Some old repairs to the reverse with masking tape to the light nicking and chipping to the head/tail of the spine and corners, with some light creasing to top/foot of the spine panel, and some tinting by a former owner but overall near Very Good, Clean and Bright. An attractive period dust-jacket. The d/j is now in a new protective clear - removable - bookfilm plastic cover and looks near VG. Some light 'toning' to the page fore-edges, but uniform. Internally lacks all before the title, but is o/w unmarked with no inscriptions. 252pp. "... In which a murder is committed on a flight to Paris.
