Illustrated. Square tight and clean throughout with no discernible wear. Fine publisher's slipcase. Laid in is a card from Oak Knoll Books and Michael Laird Rare Books stating this copy is from the reference library of Dorothy Sloan, an extraordinary antiquarian bookseller who recently passed. A gorgeous collectable copy of a great reference.
