London: Faber & Faber. Very Good in Very Good dust jacket. 1968. Hardcover. Red cloth hardback is tightly bound with no marks. Contains eight color plates, 14 monochrome plates and 95pp black and white illustrations at the back; four Appendices; Bibliography and Index. Gray with white border end papers. Binding has gilt and black to spine with very slight wear to spine ends and corners. Light foxing to top and fore edges. Clipped DJ, now in Brodart, has light foxing to spine and inside but little wear. ; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall; 344 pages .
