Pages untrimmed and large 8vo., 9" tall x 5-5/8" wide. Publishers statement 'Directions to Binders statements' present, inserted between iv & p1, vol. I and the TP and p1. in vol. II. Corrections present at end of vol. II. Publishers catalogs present on rear cover of both volumes. Covers loose or disbound, spine paper mostly present however heavily chipped at head and foot, titles 95% present. Many photos available. Inquiries welcome. Corners, edges, ends, exterior is worn however the contents appear fresh and barely looked over with very little of the usual foxing generally associated with this age a set. Quality paper used & always kept dry apparently.. 8vo - 9" x 5-5/8". Bagged for Preservation.

Two volumes set in matching full leather binding with elaborate gilt borders to front and rear boards and blind stamped dcorations to the centre of each board. Gilt lettering to spine. Large paper copies. 8.5ins x 5.25ins. Volume 1: Title page, iv, binding instructions, 199pp plus folding map of County, folding map of Norwich, illustrated title page and 57 plates. Volume 2: title page, binding instructions, 176pp plus illustrated title page and 38 plates. Volume two is lacking one plate -one of the two of Castle Rising Church. Volume two has an illustration of G.Fransham church pasted to the front pastedown. Spines are a later replacement, but a very close match to the boards. There are stains, probably from damp, to many of the plates. Good only
