Boards have heavy shelf-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Light tanning to spine and edges. Small areas of loss to top corner of both boards.

In this book the author goes into ballet physique and the prevention and cure is of ballet related injuries and stresses. Softening of the back strip edges with bumping of the book corners. Some minor rubbing of the book panels with light age toning of the text block edges. Faint offset tanning to the end pages with previous owners name written against the front hinge.
