A beautiful trade catalogue of Art Deco and geometric patterned inlaid wood banding. With 16 pages including 15 chromolithograph, each with numerous examples of inlaid strips in wood, ivory, copper, nickel, silver and pewter for use in furniture, carriages, etc. A second section with its own title page "Bandes Mosaiques Art Moderne". Buffard worked from the late 19th century until their bankruptcy in the 1930s. Their shop and offices were at 21 Faubour St. Antoine (11ème).
