About This Item
Dublin: Maurice Fridberg, 1948. Softcover. Fine/near fine. Reprint of the Dent edition of 1931. Softcover in dust jacket. 128 pp. Fine copy in dust jacket with light shelf wear. "Flesh and Blood opens with a muder-case - the violent death of a popular novelist - and moves on to a remarkable trial scene. The 'mystery' is apparently solved, but this is a novel of thought and imagination, and the tension increases as the narrator traces effects back to their causes and pursues his investigation into the past and ultimately to a pool in a South American forest" (dust jacket).
