London and New York: Edward Arnold & Sameuel Buckley, 1902. 12mo, full vellum binding with blind-stamped rose and motto "Soul is Form". Printed on vellum with hand-illumination by the Essex House Press. The prettiest and most illustrated work in the Great Poems Series. Text was once attributed to Chaucer. One of 165 copies. Slightly darkened, spine gilt bright, in a simple slipcase. One half page and one double-page illustration and 85 historiated initials all hand-colored by Edith Harwood. Colin Franklin: "... the most skilfull and original (of the Series) a charming small work of art. ... Edith Harwood made and coloured the decorations which run happily through the pages... with people and flowers in greens and pinks, purple and brown".. Full Vellum.. Fine. Illus. by Edith Harwood. 12mo.
