This is the June 1936 Rare first edition First June printing. The covers are clean and stain free with light bumping to the corners. The top and bottom edges of the covers and spine have mild shelf wear but they are free from any fraying. The spine has some rubbing but all of the print is visible. The binding is firm and solid and the inside front and back hinges are free from all paper cracking. All of the pages are present and firmly attached. There is no writing inside or tears to any pages. This copy is gift quality. Published by The MacMillan Company, New York, New York. Book size is 6 by 8.75 inches tall, 1037 pages. A special 1989 reprint of the "Gone With The Wind" 18 page movie program will be included with this purchase.
