[30] pp. Bound as issued in red buckram with Celtic rope-work ornament blocked in gold on the upper cover; covers soiled; contents clean. Text is comprised of a list of donors who established the fund as well as a copy of the trust deed. The fund was established as a memorial for Tom Jones's young boy who was killed in an accident at the end of 192-- Tom Jones was instrumental in founding the Press. The Fund provided scholarships for those "whose normal full-time education has been interrupted by economic or other causes...." The first two recipients are noted at the end. It appears that the Fund was active at least into the 1980s. Harrop E68.
