Boston: Ticknor & Fields, 1876. Hardcover first edition, reddish brown covers with incised rules on front, (faded) gilt title on spine. 420 pp. SIGNED by Holmes on the FFEP. Very minor shelf and edgewear, lightly bumped corners. Most of the wear is confined to the head of the spine. Chocolate brown endpapers. Title page and FFEP present a small spot (about 1/2" in diameter), otherwise no obvious issues. Signed by Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good.
