Dempsey, Chief Curator of the Glenbow Museum, on the life and life's work of Canadian artist Nicholas de Grandmaison (1892-1978) with an introduction by J. Russell Harper. Includes 64 of what are considered de Grandmaison's finest Indian portraits as well as personal histories of the Native peoples de Grandmaison painted..
