The menus are complete with recipes for each entry. What makes this little pamphlet significant is the 6 full page period (1911) color illustrations of the publisher's canned products. Each image is the size of the booklet (5 inches x 6 + inches) . 31 pages. Booklet is in Very Good condition protected in an archival Mylar with a stiff spine. In 1911 this recipe booklet was given out free by grocers to promote the canned goods of Winter & Prophet Canning Co. If you collect cookbooks, this one should be in your collection. ; 5 in. x 6 1/2 in. .
