New York: American Geographical Society, June 1962.. June 1962.. Very good. - Quarto, 11 inches high by 8-3/4 inches wide. Softcovers bound in printed gray wraps titled in black on the front cover and titled red felt pen on the spine by a previous owner. The wraps are soiled with the spine and the extremities slightly darkened with a small black mark to the mid-section. xi & 586 pages. There is an owner's stamp on the title. The fore-edge is lightly foxed & a few page corners are creased. Illustrated in black & white with maps, graphs & tables. All in all, a very good, tight copy. <p>Scarce in commerce.
