Bonus was among the first to translate the Icelandic Sagas into German, finding in them characteristics that would benefit the German peoples. This translation was popular for several decades. The mild cover is worn, scuffed and marked. It is tight and secure. The contents are in very good condition. There is an ex-libris plate from Virginia Spilhaus.
