Light but persistent dampstain through most of volume, old notes to title and a few marginal notes in a contemporary hand, hole in the margin not touching text to cxix and cxx. (viii), CLI, leaves. In a modern morroco box, worn in a few spots. The binding has similarities to one of Jehan Compains (Gruel Manuel p71) Raulin (1443-1514) was, according to prolific novelist and scholar Sabine Baring-Gould, considered a great preacher in his day and a man of incorruptible virtue, though his "style is wholly devoid of eloquence".
