Boston: Little, Brown & Co, 1960. First printing. Hardcover. Good/fair. Signed first printing, Jamaica edition--1960. Hardcover with dust jacket, unpaginated, illustrated, clean unmarked text, Good copy in Fair dust jacket, some soiling or discoloration to the outer pages and the covers, covers of the book with some rubbing and wear, a couple of sticker ghosts to the dust jacket's front panel (some loss to the dust jacket because of the stickers), taping to underside of the dust jacket, soil and discoloration to the dust jacket, rubbing and wear to the dust jacket including some creasing, tearing, and loss. Dust jacket housed in archival dust jacket protector. A very unique association copy--signed by Kappel and inscribed by him to John P. Marquand, who wrote the introduction.
