A Paaiškinimai [appendix, literally, explanations, but most like a glossary]. Greihaundas, Houboukenas, Belvju, Bronksas et cetera. Along with On the Road, Signet, 25th anniversary edition, 30th printing, or so, included as a guide on the road.
