Some wrinkling on back cover. Some edgewear, especially on board corners and top/bottom of spine. Binding tight but has a little give. Pages yellowed but mostly clean except for a few pages that have some spots on the bottom. JAM-PACKED WITH AUTOGRAPHS on inside front cover, free front pages, half title page and back free pages. Original price $2 stamped on inside of back board. 265 pages. Four photo inserts have been removed and are missing. Poor condition dust jacket in four pieces, front, back and two flaps but no spine are included with book. Super-rare one of a kind book with benefits that far outweigh its flaws.
