New York: Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 1970. First US Edition/1st Printing. Hardcover. Good/Near Fine. First Printing stated. In pale green cloth with gilt with purple tinted top page ends. Two small spots of rubbing through cloth at heel of spine and bottom rear corner. Fading to edges. Sharp corners and solid binding. Some creases to some pages near middle of book with small stain to a few pages and a few holes/abrasions, likely form silverfish. Jacket is unclipped ($6.50) with some creasing to front flap. Jacket design by Milton Glaser.
