Hardcover. 206p., previous owner's gift inscription on free endpaper, dj spine slightly sunned, lightly worn toned, and soiled dj, some dust-soil along top-edge, else very good. Set in Johannesburg, South Africa. She was a Lithuanian immigrant to South Africa. A Trade Unionist and anti-apartheid activist. This was her first book and was based upon her experiences working with the Springbok Legion.
