Illustrated by Color cover/period ads for Djer-Kiss, Melachrino Cigarettes and Kelly-Springfield Flexible Cord tires, multiple b/w period ads throughout. first thus edition. 2 volumes. Stapled wraps. 8vo. pp. 40; [1]. Near Fine. Satire of the Florida land boom which opened at the Liberty Theatre on 12/28/25 and ran for 194 (confirmed) performances, this being the 4/26/26 program with the original cast listed. Laid in is a folded undated broadside (also pictured). Famous Broadway Theatre 1904-33 built by Klaw and Erlanger partnership by architect Henry Beaumont Herts (rebuilt in 2011 as a movie theater) ..
