Minneapolis: Coffee House Press, 1990. First edition, limited to 170 numbered copies signed by Smiley and artist Susan Nees. This is copy #75. Illustrated with six hand-colored linoleum blocks. Designec by Allan Kornblum and printed by Julia Druskin and Jill MacKenzie. Handset in Romulus type. Printed on dampened Johannot, a 75% rag and 25% esparto grass paper. Pages sewn concertina style with red Moriki endsheets and bound in black cloth over boards. In plexiglas case with red cloth closure and archival gloves for handling as issued. Fine condition.. Signed By Author & Artist. Hardcovers. Illus. by Susan Nees. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
