Bound in publisher's original white fleur-de-lis patterned cloth, lacking the dust jacket. Very Good with fading to spine, light spotting to topstain, foxing to textblock edge. Bookseller ticket to front pastedown. Pages toned and thumbed with an occasional stain, pp. 75 is missing the bottom corner. The classic cookbook which propelled Julia Child to fame, resulting in her being given a show called The French Chef on WGBH Boston. It was one of the first cooking shows to be broadcast on American television.
