OCLC notes two other works by Mazure-Duhamel (1812, Marseille on elements of Arithmetic where Mazure Duhamel was "Teacher of Seamanship"), and (Toulon, 1825 on the construction of tables).

The subtitle, loosely translated, explains the contents fairly well: "Memoir on Nautical Astronomy, In which Part 1, discusses methods for time and latitude of vessels; Part 2 it happens by geometrical considerations, has very simple formulas to calculate the influence of observation errors on the results concluded; Part 3 Finally, we explain the formation and use of four new tables and very convenient for the errors of the results, and also to judge the best of times;" Cotter in his "A History of Nautical Astronomy, pp 284-5" notes that M. Mazure Duhamel published in this work the prototype of "A and B correction tables" used in position-line navigation (Heath).

Less than a dozen copies in OCLC/Worldcat as of this listing. Houzeau & Lancaster 10583. Found in the Printed Catalogues of the Library of the Royal Astronomical Society (Luther, Martino:2006).
