Reprinted hand drawn map of Colorado Springs graces the flyleafs, and on the front interior flyleaf there is 1/2 inch by 2 inch sticker with the former owner's name, and faint signs of a penciled price beneath. Otherwise, not a mark on the book. Dust Jacket is in Good condition. Adorable design of hand illustrated framed "photos" depicting Western life, and framing the title and authors name. Two and 1/2 inch tear at front near spine,one inch tear at title, some creasing and chipping, front flap missing. Four sections of photos and illustrations, 64 pages in all..
