Philadelphia, Pa: Isaac Peirce, 1812. Paperback. Poor. [20] p. (of 48): wood-engraved title vignette and one astrological illustration; 17 cm. Includes the poems "Solitude," by Miss C.M. Warren of Rhode Island, and "War and Peace," with no attribution. Early American Imprints, 2nd series (Shoemaker), 26425; Drake, Almanacs, 10984. Although the almanac is incomplete, the complete calendar for 1813 is present. Incomplete: lacking pages [21-48]; otherwise in Good Condition; removed from a nonce volume; corners worn; chipping of fore-edges; slightly stained and foxed; small section lacking from last leaf along gutter with slight loss of text. Very scarce, albeit incomplete, copy of the first almanac published by Isaac Peirce.
