Illustrated endpapers and pastedowns. Pages are lightly tanned throughout. Slightly more pronounced to half title page and page 256, corresponding with dust jacket flaps. Binding is firm. Minor pencil inscription to top edge of front free endpaper. Minor creases to fore edge of pages 20-44. Boards are a little rub worn with slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped and spine ends are mildly crushed. Minor sunning marks to spine ends. Silver lettering to spine remains bright and clear. Unclipped jacket priced 15s net. Panels have heavy edge wear with chips, tears and creasing. Substantial area of loss to spine and edges. Noticeable tanning with some faint dust marks overall.
