Though I own the book, I'm going through the CD's in my car. Some ruthlessly call it a of trite platitudes or just plain common sense. I call it a real gem. Much is based on self-hypnosis of life itself and how to easily deprogram and reprogram your automatic brain mechanisms to assist you with things you can't do alone. It's very uplifting and useful. Many sports figures have used it over the years, which is how I first found the book. Happy reading. Get the CD's too if you can from a local library then use the book for highlights.
