Boston: Houghton Mifflin and Company, 1952. First Edition. Hard Cover. Near Fine/Near Fine. 0x0x0. First edition. Jacket edges and rear panel lightly rubbed. Page lightly toned, ink ghosting on front free endpaper. 1952 Hard Cover. 169 pp. "Holley was a cattleman, not a gunfighter. But like every rancher in the North Basin, he'd battled drought, floods, Indians, starvation, to build the Six-Up spread. Now, hired gunslingers squatted on the land, waiting for the signal to run everyone and everything off the range. But only one man was behind them—one man who stood to gain the wealth of the whole valley. Sam Holley had to find that man—and kill him!
