In this book the author gives hints about interior decorating with flower arrangements, both fresh and dried, how to make potpourri – with directions and recipes, how to make pomanders etc., everything that smells wonderful from the garden and the spice draw for the home. Some rubbing of the book corners and back strip edges. Very light age toning of the text block edges. A previous owner had covered the dustwrapper and book in a clear plastic and held the plastic down with tape; the tape has left some residue to the end pages. Creasing of the dustwrapper edges with rubbing of the panels. Some minor chipping of the top back strip edge.
