Gives the names of the councillors and chief officials of each (except for Glasgow and Edinburgh where only the names of the councillors who are chairmen of committees are given. 160pp plus 118pp adverts (mostly for building materials and suchlike).. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
